Add Your Own Search Options with Torch Drag & Drop

Have you been using one of our latest features “Drag & Drop” ? It’s the easiest way to share and search images and text in any site or social network! Drag & Drop is the best way to share that funny list of cute cats with your friends or find out what the definition of a word is in French, all with in click.

What you may not realize is that in addition to the search options that are already built in,  you can also add your own search engines to the list.

Let’s say you frequently use the search option in the IMDB site.

After preforming any search in IMDB you can take the URL  until the “q=” i.e. http://www.imdb.com/find?q= Copy and paste the link, go to the Drag & Drop panel on the left side and click settings. Simply add the new URL, give it a title, and you have your new favorite search option whenever you’re browsing with Torch.
